Thank you for shopping with us. Below you will find important information regarding our order processing, shipping times, and delivery policies.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.
In rare circumstances such as high demand, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other logistical issues outside of our control, delivery may take longer. The maximum delivery window is up to 30 days from the date of shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Delivered Packages
Once tracking information confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If you believe your package was delivered but cannot locate it, we recommend:

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), please contact us at tinyshieldcustomerservice@gmail.com so we can assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.
